Kristian brings over 25 years of construction industry and board-level experience to our Leadership Team, and a wealth of knowledge ranging from in-situ refurbishments through to large multi-million pound developments.

Accomplished at budget preparation, change management, quality standards, process and project delivery strategy, he has comprehensive knowledge of our procedures from end to end, with a ‘hands-on’ approach to problem-solving and a motivational management style.

Piew is a highly skilled and accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor and Estimator with extensive experience in the various sectors of the construction industry, ranging from high-end residential, office fit-out, banking fit-out and retail fit-out. Proven track record of success in managing the commercial aspects of construction projects and providing accurate cost estimates to support project planning and decision-making.

Adept at overseeing all stages of the construction lifecycle, from tendering and procurement to post-contract, contract administration and project delivery. Known for delivering projects within budget and schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Martin Meayers

As our Senior Construction Manager, Martin is responsible for evaluating and identifying all tasks and risks from bidding to project undertaking, implementation and up to the final completion of the project. Martin is well-respected in the industry and has worked on projects up to £5M. Martin’s natural leadership skills, along with his unmatched ability to organise time and workload, make him a valued member of our team.

Gary Everson is an accomplished Project Manager with years of experience in managing diverse, high-end construction refurbishment projects. This includes high-value rentals, commercial spaces, medical facilities, and listed properties.

Known for his ability to manage complex projects, Gary excels in developing detailed programs, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining budgets to ensure timely project delivery.

Gary's approachable management style, combined with exceptional communication skills, allows him to effectively manage conflicting priorities under pressure. John’s thirty seven year experience within the construction industry gives expert and relatable knowledge that a client and their team needs. John has a wide span of experience working as a Project Manager for a range of high-end residental contractors, delivering a multitude of luxury projects.

One of John’s strongest skills is his meticulous attention to detail and understanding of design and finishing. John’s calm and professional manor enables him to gain the trust of the client and those he is managing, creating a streamline and positive working environment.

Guy Macleod-Henderson

Mechanical Engineer

Guy joined the InteriorLAB team with a wealth of experience in the construction industry and a strong knowledge of technologies, tools and best practices. As a qualified Mechanical Engineer, he works closely with our residential refurbishment team overseeing complex installations. Guy is recognised for his keen ability to problem solve and improve design components, and for always delivering to exceptional standards.

Chris Pike

Estimator

Chris joined the InteriorLAB team with experience in both commercial and residential estimating, his past projects include ultra-prime houses across the South of England.

Chris has successfully transferred all previous skills into the estimating role and has shown a strong determination to achieve. A strong asset to the company, the whole team are grateful for the constant positivity and dedication he brings to the workplace.

Our in-house engineering team offer design, installation and aftercare for all of the InteriorLAB construction projects. From lighting and small power design, audio visual equipment, heating, plumbing, ventilation and cooling everything is engineered towards delivering bespoke, sustainable, and high-quality conditioned environments for optimal comfort and enjoyment.

We believe in transparency and straight-talking good advice, and have built our reputation based on trust, quality, care and close collaboration. We maintain ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 certifications. We welcome this third-party assessment from the the International Organisation for Standardisation giving their seal of approval to our business.
