Our inaugural project in the Peninsula Residences was a comprehensive finishes package within a three-bedroom luxury apartment, expertly designed by Laura Hammett and project managed by the established team at London Hill.

Dinning room with large wooden table and 4 cream fabric chairs. There are three lights suspended over the table and artwork on the walls.
The finished palette was a mix of luxurious material, using figured Sycamore veneers, fabrics from Altfield and Linwood, Philiip Jefferies wallcoverings all suiting through against polished bronze metal coatings and hand-applied specialist plasters.

Fully integrated lighting control systems allowed for installations of bespoke wall lights and chandeliers, controlled by Lutron touch panels throughout. Audio visual installations included seamless plastered in speakers, surround sound high-definition audio and 4k video to key areas.

The project was completed in just 16 weeks, delivered on time, to budget and free of defects.
