Working in partnership with the Savills project management team and architects Barr Gazetas, we were tasked by our client to provide refurbished Category A space on the first floor, and exciting co-working and meeting facilities on the third floor.

The first floor incorporated a detailed Engineering x InteriorLAB design and specification, including new suspended LED 299 light fittings, and completely new mechanical and electrical services through.

The third floor was a truly unique environment, incorporating hand-built timber framed and finished partitions to form the meeting spaces. Woven vinyl flooring from Bolon was utilised to add a touch of elegance and texture, with Buzzifelt wallcoverings applied to aid acoustics.

A bespoke kitchen was delivered complete with Silestone top and Fenix laminate surfaces, which use the latest nano-tech finishes to help avoid fingerprints!

The new washroom core was built using bespoke joinery with composite worktops, and designed around privacy and comfort for occupants.
